RECRUITMENT MANAGER Work and Travel USA

We are looking for a RECRUITMENT MANAGER to join our team and manage the Work and Travel USA program. Responsibilities: * Oversee the entire recruitment process for the Work and Travel USA program. * Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified international students. * Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and partnerships with universities. * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. * Manage relationships with host companies and ensure program compliance. * Coordinate pre-departure orientations and support services for participants. * Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants throughout their program duration. * Track recruitment metrics and generate reports. * Stay up-to-date with visa regulations and program requirements. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in international student programs. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Familiarity with the Work and Travel USA program and J-1 visa regulations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
