Manager Recruiting Operations (Freelancer)

Tasks

As Manager Recruiting Operations, you will be part of our central team. You are often the first voice that candidates hear and accompany them throughout the entire process. You conduct interviews, plan selection procedures, travel worldwide to customers, and ensure a candidate experience that is fast, clear, and valued.

Your work shapes the quality of AeroSelect and makes recruiting for candidates and customers an authentic experience.

Your tasks in essence:

• Conducting telephone initial conversations and personal mentoring of applicants
• Preliminary qualification of profiles, document management, and scheduling
• Planning, coordinating, and conducting interviews, remote and on-site
• Developing, planning, and conducting screening methods, assessment days, and selection procedures for our customers
• Closely working with airlines, business jet operators, and hospitality partners
• Creating reports and status updates as well as active process optimization
• Collaborating with the Brand and Marketing team on job ads and presentations
• Supporting the Business Development Team on international projects

Qualification

• Experience in recruiting, ideally related to aviation & hospitality
• A completed degree, for example in psychology, personnel management, or a related field, is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor, both verbally and on-site
• A structured work approach and joy in clear processes
• A high willingness to travel worldwide
• Very good German and English language skills
• Safe handling of digital tools and modern recruiting methods
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and motivation to shape a growing company
