Manager Real Estate Finance

As Manager Real Estate Finance, you will support the structuring, procurement, and ongoing management of financing for our real estate, project developments, and real estate companies in Germany.

You will accompany acquisition, existing property, project development, interim construction, and refinancing from the initial financing inquiry through the review and negotiation of offers to the conclusion of loan agreements and the disbursement of financing funds.

In doing so, you will work closely with the Head of Real Estate Finance, the management, and the departments of Transactions, Project Development, Asset Management, Controlling, Legal, and Accounting. You will act as a competent contact person for banks, debt funds, financing brokers, appraisers, and other external consultants.

The position combines in-depth financial analysis with the operational management of demanding financing processes. You are prepared to engage intensively with the economic, technical, and legal specificities of individual properties and project developments.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and support of real estate financing
• Creation of financing requests, bank documents, and decision memos
• Contacting and coordinating banks and other financing partners
• Review and comparison of financing offers
• Creation and analysis of business plans, cash flow models, and financing scenarios
• Support of due diligence processes and loan agreement negotiations
• Coordination of disbursement conditions and drawdowns
• Ongoing monitoring of existing financing, covenants, and reporting obligations
• Participation in prolongations, refinancings, and financing adjustments

Creation of regular financing and liquidity overviews

Close cooperation with the Head of Financing

Qualifications

• Completed university degree or vocational training in real estate management, banking, finance, or a comparable field of study
• At least three years of professional experience in real estate finance, lending, or real estate finance
• Experience with existing property, acquisition, or project development financing
• Good knowledge of real estate management key figures and financing structures
• Experience in the creation and review of business plans and cash flow models
• Very good Excel skills
• Analytical, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• Confident demeanor towards banks and consultants
• Very good German and good English language skills
