Manager, PX Business Partner LATAM

JOB SUMMARY The Manager, PX Business Partner LATAM, will bring our human capital strategy to life by partnering with the organization on key initiatives. The role works closely with departments to solve challenges, lead change, and provide counsel and guidance on team memner matters. This role is the go-to person for both strategic advice and operational PX needs for our LATAM-based team members. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with designated departments, providing strategic support across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that drive business results. Provide expert-level counsel and guidance on team member matters, including talent development, succession planning, and organizational design. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights and recommendations to inform key decisions. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's overall strategy, goals, and objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues that impact our business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES Provide strategic guidance and support to designated departments to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement initiatives that drive business results, leveraging data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance team member skills and knowledge. Serve as a subject matter expert on team member matters, providing counsel and guidance on talent development, succession planning, and organizational design. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's overall strategy, goals, and objectives. KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a global organization. Strong understanding of human capital management principles, practices, and trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
