Manager Public Cloud Managed Services

About the Role We are seeking a Technical Manager who is a true "Player/Coach"—a leader capable of managing people and process while remaining hands-on with the technology. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of our Public Cloud Managed Services team (AWS, Azure, GCP), serving as the bridge between high-level strategy and ground-level execution. You will not just manage the workload; you will participate in it. A core component of this role is driving operational excellence, automation, and innovation through process improvements, technology enhancements, and people development. This includes developing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the company, driving growth and profitability through your technical expertise and leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cloud computing, has experience in managing public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
