For this, we are looking for a Manager Prozesse & Methoden who ensures agile excellence, promotes cross-sectional alignment, and establishes scalable and transparent working methods at TriNext.

Your Role

As Manager Prozesse & Methoden, you will be responsible for the further development of efficient, transparent, and scalable working methods at TriNext. You ensure that our delivery and decision-making processes are structured, clearly defined, and sustainably aligned.

You connect operational excellence with methodological clarity and create orientation in roles, responsibilities, and decision-making logics. This forms the structural foundation for sustainable growth and organizational scalability.

Tasks

• You moderate and develop our defined SCRUM events structured and goal-oriented further and ensure a binding, high-quality implementation.
• You coach Product Owner and teams in agile principles and promote self-responsibility, self-organization, and a clear and binding working method.
• You recognize operational and structural impediments early on, make them transparent, and work together with the responsible roles to find sustainable solutions.
• You identify team- and cross-sectional dependencies and establish transparent coordination and steering formats.
• You prepare decision-making grounds structured for management and support in scaling and coordination questions.
• You define binding methodological guidelines for project approach, delivery model, and internal cooperation.
• You develop the organizational target image further and ensure consistency between governance structure, project approach, and internal processes.
• You analyze existing business processes regarding efficiency, transparency, scalability, and risks and lead prioritized optimization measures.
• You document processes structured, sustainably, and audit-ready in close coordination with relevant internal roles.

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in designing and further developing processes, organizational structures, and agile working methods – ideally in the software or SaaS field.
• You bring fundamental experience in agile methods (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) as well as moderation and coaching interdisciplinary teams.
• You understand connections between strategy, delivery model, and operational implementation and can clearly and comprehensibly design complex structures.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and convince through methodological clarity and communicative sovereignty on team and management levels.
• You have fundamental experience in process modeling and bring a well-developed understanding of process documentation, organizational design, and sustainable scalability to the table.
