Job Description – Manager – Project Execution & Store Fit-Out Position Summary The Manager – Retail Store Fit-Out & Project Execution is responsible for end-to-end execution of new store projects, renovations, relocations, and store upgrades across the retail network. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of stores while maintaining brand standards, statutory compliance, and operational readiness. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Key responsibilities include: • Project planning and coordination; • Budgeting and financial management; • Quality control and assurance; • Risk assessment and mitigation; • Stakeholder communication and engagement; • Store opening preparation and execution; • Compliance with company policies and procedures; The Manager – Retail Store Fit-Out & Project Execution will be responsible for managing a team of project coordinators, ensuring effective project delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
