Job description
Function As Manager Projectafdeling, you are the driving heart of the establishment in East Flanders. This function is crucial for the success and profitability of our projects, where you lead a team of 17 motivated employees, including project leaders, site leaders, and mechanics. Your focus lies on increasing efficiency and financial results, where you optimize internal processes as well as guide the execution phases of large projects. Approximately 30% of your time is spent on strategic planning, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
