Job Title: Project Quality Manager Location: Gadag, Karnataka Reporting to: AGM - Quality About Employer: One of the MNCs in the Wind Energy sector Job Summary: The Manager - Project Quality will oversee Project Quality Management, Asset Operations Quality Management, Supplier Quality Management, and Quality Management System Implementation at the site. Responsibilities include conducting training, inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards & design specifications; ensuring that all projects are executed as per the approved project plans; identifying and addressing any deviations from the approved project plans; coordinating with various departments for effective implementation of quality management system; monitoring and controlling non-conformities and implementing corrective actions; conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes; and maintaining accurate records of all quality-related activities. The Manager - Project Quality will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the quality management process, and that they understand the importance of quality in achieving business objectives.
