Manager – Project Operations (Pumped Energy Storage Systems) Location Any TUV SÜD base location | Travel as per project requirements Experience 5 years overall | 2–3 years in Pumped Energy Storage / Hydro / Energy Storage Projects Job Summary TUV SÜD is seeking a Manager – Project Operations to oversee the day-to-day execution and operational management of Pumped Energy Storage (PES) projects. The role involves manpower deputation, flow and energy calculations, stakeholder coordination, site inspections, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration • Managing project risks and identifying opportunities for improvement • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Providing technical guidance and support to team members • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pumped Energy Storage systems, hydroelectric power generation, and energy storage technologies. They should also possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
