Job description
AVINCI, a civil and industrial construction company, specializing in metal structures, with its registered office in Iasi, is expanding its team and is looking for a Construction Project Manager for projects carried out nationwide.

- Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate assigned projects from the design stage to the final acceptance of works
- Lead and coordinate the team of execution engineers
- Allocate and manage budgets
- Plan, prepare, and monitor work execution plans
- Continuously monitor site activity, adherence to deadlines, and quality
- Identify optimization solutions and manage unforeseen situations arising in projects
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Civil Construction - advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in execution, in similar projects
- Proven technical skills in previous projects
- Experience in industrial environment projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of English - intermediate/advanced level
- PC operating skills - MS Office
- Driving license Category B
- Very good organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
