Construction Projects Manager - Industrial

• Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate assigned projects from the design stage to the final acceptance of works
• Lead and coordinate the team of execution engineers
• Allocate and manage budgets
• Plan, prepare, and monitor work execution plans
• Continuously monitor site activity, adherence to deadlines, and quality
• Identify optimization solutions and manage unforeseen situations arising in projects

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Construction - advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in execution, in similar projects
• Proven technical skills in previous projects
• Experience in industrial environment projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of English - intermediate/advanced level
• PC operating skills - MS Office
• Driving license Category B
• Very good organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
