Project Manager – Pitești

We are looking to consolidate our operational team by recruiting a Project Manager for the project located in Pitești.

We seek an experienced individual, oriented towards results, who can ensure efficient coordination of projects and respect for quality standards, cost, and term.

Role and responsibilities:

• Coordination, planning, and monitoring of site activities, in collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, on phases and execution stages correlated with the execution schedule;
• Ensuring project implementation in accordance with approved budgets, established deadlines, and contractual requirements;
• Monitoring work progress and organizing periodic meetings with all involved parties;
• Identifying risks, managing non-conformities, and implementing corrective measures necessary;
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, technical norms, beneficiary requirements, and company internal procedures;
• Preparing operational and management reports, providing accurate and updated information on project status;
• Suggesting and implementing process optimization solutions and operational efficiency;
• Active contribution to continuous performance improvement of projects;

Candidate profile:

• Relevant experience in project management, in the construction domain;
• Solid coordination, planning, and control skills;
• Advanced communication, relationship, and negotiation abilities;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
