Project Manager

The Real Estate Division of Tiriac Group represents the Group's strategic development activity, which today manages real estate projects in various stages of development.

Currently, we wish to expand our team by recruiting a Project Manager for the project in Italy, who will manage the design activities and the execution and construction works on site.

Responsibilities:

• Elaborates design briefs for allocated investment projects
• Prepares technical tender documentation, organizes and conducts tenders, negotiates offers and monitors the signing of service/work contracts
• Prepares execution schedules and supervises the progress of project activities and/or investment, according to the activity schedule
• Prepares budget proposals with explanations/clarifications for approval
• Makes recommendations and proposes changes to the construction project in case of detected deficiencies or errors
• Verifies work stages and work quality together with the site supervisor
• Monitors technical and administrative issues within its area of competence during the design, construction activities, etc., and takes corrective or resolution measures
• Verifies, in quantitative and qualitative terms, invoices issued by contractors.

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering - civil, industrial, and agricultural construction
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/execution
• Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting plans, technical memorandums, and solutions proposed by the designer/constructor
• English and Italian languages
• MS Office computer skills, AutoCAD (intermediate-advanced).
