HVAC Project Manager

Job Description:

Coordinates technician teams for the execution of air conditioning works in medium-sized commercial projects to meet technical requirements. The activity involves technical support on-site.

Requirements:

Graduate of higher education in the field of installations/constructions;
Knowledge of interpreting information from technical projects for the realization of direct expansion air conditioning systems, thermal agent installations, ventilation ductwork;
Ability in planning, documenting, and reporting related to the projects they are responsible for;
Capability to generate technical solutions adapted to the project's specifics;
Good coordinator and motivator for own teams and third-party teams;
Ability to manage adherence to allocated budgets;
Flexibility, dynamism, initiative, ability to work at a sustained pace on projects, good communicator in client relations;
Thorough knowledge in processing MS Office and Autocad documents;

Intermediate knowledge in creating 2D Autocad drawings;
Category B driver's license.
