HVAC Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Project Manager to coordinate and supervise projects for our client, a company specialized in designing and implementing refrigeration and HVAC installations for various industries. You will manage technical teams, consultants, and collaborators, maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients, monitor budgets and project progress, propose solutions for process optimization, and contribute to developing new projects, leveraging accumulated experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, supervising technical teams, consultants, and collaborators involved.
• Establish and maintain long-term collaboration relationships with partners, clients, and project beneficiaries.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flow in accordance with approved proposals and planned activities, ensuring necessary resources for project execution.
• Monitor project progress against proposed objectives and draft periodic reports to partners and beneficiaries, respecting contractual terms.
• Inspect construction sites and verify compliance with technical requirements and execution deadlines.
• Ensure good communication and information circulation between the project team and other departments, organizing regular meetings and update sessions.
• Identify and resolve issues arising during project execution.
• Promote and prepare new projects based on accumulated expertise, develop corresponding budgets, and submit them to the Financial Director for approval.
• Promote solutions for improving work style, aiming to increase process efficiency and result quality.

Experience:

• Postgraduate courses in management or project management.
• Advanced knowledge of the English language; knowledge of another foreign language (French, German) is an advantage.
• PC skills: Word, Excel, and other relevant applications depending on the specific project requirements.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in managing and implementing projects, preferably in the specific industry or domain of our client's organization.
