The CONCORDIA Professional Training and Personal Development Center, Ploiești, runs the program "Every Moment Counts!", a unique intervention model, through which educational, emotional, and social support is offered to students in vocational and high school education. In collaboration with high schools in Prahova county, the center supports over 200 students through current and consolidated practice internships and through personal and professional development courses for students.

The Educational Program Manager is responsible for the organization, coordination, and smooth functioning of the educational and operational processes of the CONCORDIA Professional Training and Personal Development Center. In this role, they ensure the necessary framework for a coherent, relevant, and quality educational process, in line with the program's objectives and student needs, and support the team in achieving these. The Educational Program Manager makes decisions regarding program implementation, activity planning, team coordination, operational collaboration with schools, and the implementation of Erasmus+ activities. At the same time, they are responsible for monitoring operational indicators and for implementing programs within the established deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the organization and delivery of educational processes, as well as their quality.
• Supporting the project team in planning, implementing, and monitoring educational activities and in achieving program objectives.
• Monitoring students' educational progress and results and identifying necessary measures to achieve learning objectives.
• Organizing daily activities and planning tasks.
• Leading and coordinating operational meetings of the subordinate team.
• Coordinating student activities.
• Operational collaboration with schools, current program partners, and local communities.
• Monitoring program implementation and ensuring its quality.
• Implementing educational interventions within the Case Management process.
• Implementing the PIIC model and monitoring results.
• Coordinating the team of trainers.
• Responsibility for the implementation of the Erasmus+ program.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational management role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of education.
• Experience in the social field or non-profit sector is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strategic thinking combined with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, as well as experience in change management.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members and external partners.
• Higher education studies in educational sciences, psychology, or social sciences.
• Knowledge of English.
• Driving license category B is an advantage;
• Higher education studies in education or a relevant field
