Manager Production

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and resources. Oversee CNC Programming (Delcam / MasterCAM, UG) for precision machining operations. Supervise and support in proving aerospace & defence precision parts as per quality standards. Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines. Design and implement tools & fixtures required for machining operations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering) to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and knowledge. Identify and address potential production issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and delivery performance. Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
