Production Manager

Valmix Steel SRL - producer of specific industrial equipment for food and pharmaceutical industries; unique products made from stainless steel, iron, aluminum; production publicity.

• Your role: Assist and plan with the technical director the entire production process, actively contribute to increasing productivity.

• Efficient management of the production process for the two production lines, purchases, logistics, for the production department according to project plans;

• Ensure optimal supply of the company, manage raw materials, materials, consumption of materials to production sections;

• Monitor inventory and manage inventory with the technical director of production, ensuring an optimal level of raw materials necessary for the entire activity of the company;

• Maintenance of material database and verification of their accuracy (necessary, entries exits, stock):

• Tracking orders, ensuring respect for delivery terms and verifying product quality;

• Identifying and implementing solutions for optimizing procurement and logistics processes:

• Verification and calculation of production recipes;

• Preparing necessary documentation for production;

• Introducing daily planning of production and tasks for employees in the Pluriva software;

• Production reports, supplier orders, materials, consumption - preparation/analysis:

• Verification-delivery of products from production to warehouse:

• Preparing necessary documentation for production;

• Calculating recipes, orders for production, tracking them in the Pluriva software;

• Preparing necessary stock for ensuring a minimum stock level established;

• Elaborating and managing fabrication processes and preparing specific reports;

• Environmental reports

• Managing waste resulting from production, organizing delivery to the specialized society with collection of them;

• Preparing and updating documentation for ISO 9001 for the Production Department

• Close collaboration with the technical director to identify procurement needs and develop efficient strategies;

Requirements:

- minimum three years of experience in a similar position or in a field similar to ours;

- graduation from a technical faculty is mandatory;

- medium/advanced level English;

- technical ability to assimilate products;

- rapidity in writing documents;

- experience of working and operating ERP for: procurement, management, logistics, orders, consumption on projects;

- advanced technical knowledge and ability to operate PC (Word, Excel);

- technical knowledge of measuring surfaces, measuring thicknesses of plate, tube, working with assembly organs from various materials (stainless steel, iron), etc.

- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, good communication and teamwork skills;
