Production Manager

Description:

An international group of 500 people, in full expansion, dedicated to aluminum casting and processing in the automotive sector, is looking to complete its team in Oradea, Eurobusiness Industrial Park, for the vacant position of Production Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• organizes their own activity and that of the subordinate staff;
• manages production resources (people and equipment) to optimize production capacity and improve productivity
• coordinates production activities in the processing and casting departments to ensure daily operations from the perspective of capacity and quality
• is responsible for the accuracy of reporting and data recorded in reports and other specific documents they complete;
• proposes corrective and preventive actions and measures to improve process performance;
• is responsible for maintaining in good condition the assets made available by the organization and for maintaining cleanliness in the premises they use;
• respects fire safety and occupational safety regulations;
• participates in all quality management system analyses conducted within the company;
• permanently contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality management system;
• ensures that customer requirements are promoted within the organization;
• participates in internal training and information activities in the production field;
• notifies involved employees about non-conformities that arise and collaborates with them for their elimination;
• analyzes, in collaboration with department heads, customer complaints, establishes the root causes;
• reports and documents production non-conformities and participates in establishing corrective and preventive actions and the continuous improvement plan, and verifies their execution;

Candidate Profile:

• University higher education studies in the field of Engineering
• Experience: at least one year in a similar position or relevant experience in production companies in the automotive sector
