The Product Management team is seeking a Manager, Product Management to join our Infrastructure team, focused on the Structured Storage Platform that underpins RelativityOne. This role is responsible for leading a team of Product Managers, driving product strategy, and executing roadmaps for the Structured Storage Platform. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers focused on the Structured Storage Platform. * Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Structured Storage Platform, aligning with overall company objectives. * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment to identify new product opportunities and enhancements. * Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams throughout the product lifecycle. * Prioritize product backlog and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful delivery of features. * Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. * Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through effective product launches and ongoing management. * Represent the Structured Storage Platform to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and leadership. * Foster a data-driven product development culture within the team. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. * 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching and managing successful software products. * 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with experience mentoring and developing product teams. * Strong understanding of cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure, and experience with data storage solutions (e.g., Cosmos DB, SQL Database). * Experience with enterprise-grade software platforms and a deep understanding of the challenges associated with scaling data infrastructure. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark is a plus.
