The candidate must be result oriented, mature and have a pleasant disposition. He must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to develop and implement procurement strategies, identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and provide timely reports. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. He must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
