Candidate Ideal
- Education necessary:
- Degree in IT, economics, statistics, technical or juridical studies
- Professional training in IT, audit, investigations, information analysis
- Professional training for preventing, detecting and investigating frauds
- Practical experience necessary:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT environment, audit/control internal/investigations
- Experience in managing and coordinating projects, in all necessary phases - planning, execution, delivery results, monitoring
- Experience as team leader/manager in organizing and coordinating IT/audit/control/investigations teams
- Experience in implementing technical solutions for information analysis (constitutes an advantage)
- Experience in SAP modules or other integrated work systems (constitutes an advantage)
- IT knowledge: Advanced working knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
- Foreign languages: English language (advanced level)
- Others:
- Knowledge and passion for the IT and internal control domain, especially for information analysis and security
- Ability to implement and deliver a course; communication and presentation skills
- Economic, financial and management knowledge of activity analysis and investigations
- Availability and adaptability to work schedule and travel
- Driving license category B
Job Description
- Carry out research on technical fraud patterns, as well as develop automated detection and countermeasures solutions for the phenomenon of fraud
- Ensure operational technical support in energy inspection activities, by preparing relational and corelational maps that can support anti-fraud detection
- Collaborate with internal/external partners to develop IT instruments for analysis, evaluation and development of operational flows in the energy inspection area
