Manager- Private Banking and Asset & Wealth Management

Job Description Our team in Asia is facing an exciting growth, and we are looking for passionate consultants or industry practitioners who want to accelerate their careers and join our team in Asia. We are currently looking for a Manager join our Private Banking, Asset & Wealth Management business unit, and provide strategic and operational advisory for our clients. Position overview: As a Manager, you will lead a team and to provide the delivery of our programmes, whilst building your carer and developing your skills. Key responsibilities: • Provide strategic and operational advisory to our clients, • Lead a team and to provide the delivery of our programmes, • Build and maintain relationships with our clients, • Develop and implement business strategies, • Manage and develop a team of consultants, • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, • At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, or a related field, • Strong understanding of the Private Banking, Asset & Wealth Management industry, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to travel frequently, • Fluency in English, • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, • Familiarity with CRM systems.
