As the Manager Premium Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of premium services managers, providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to ensure exceptional results. You will also develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the education sector • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field; MBA or relevant certification is an asset.
