  • You will enable the channel teams in pharmacies, mail order, and wholesale to implement activation measures with a focus on ROI and to independently take responsibility for sell-out.
  • You will work closely with Pricing, Finance, New Product Management, and central STADA structures, and embed Commercial Excellence standards within the department.
  • You will identify cross-divisional synergies in pricing, Net Revenue Management, and trade marketing, and integrate these at the interface with our Generics business (Gx).
  • You will report on commercial performance and portfolio progress to management and derive concrete steering impulses from this.

Profile

  • You have experience in developing cross-channel trade marketing and activation concepts (pharmacy, retail, eCommerce).
  • You work in a highly data-driven manner, think analytically, and translate key figures into concrete, actionable recommendations.
  • You manage cross-functionally with confidence, empower teams even without disciplinary leadership responsibility, and convince through strong stakeholder management.
  • You work in a structured, ROI-oriented, and self-reliant manner, combining strategic thinking with implementation strength.
