Job description
Description of the post You will be in charge of managing the bakery section consisting of a 'point chaud' bakery separate from the sales point and a self-service area. As such, you will ensure, under the supervision of management, the management of the section: revenue, margin, personnel costs, negotiations with suppliers, inventory management, pricing... You will ensure the good maintenance of the section and the bakery as well as the permanent assortment offered (breads, pastries...) and the special orders. Your role will also involve managing the team of salespeople and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the performance indicators set by management. You will work closely with the logistics department to ensure the smooth delivery of products. You will also be involved in the development of new products and services, as well as the optimization of processes.
