Our company is looking for a dedicated and talented Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are an organized, detail-oriented person with excellent planning skills, this position might be right for you.

Main Responsibilities

1. Operational Planning & Flow Management

• Integrated coordination of biological cycles: Designing, implementing, and monitoring stocking and depopulation schedules for breeding farms and broiler farms.
• Incubation Management: Correlating hatchery capacities with farm stocking needs and incubation egg production.
• Abattoir Synchronization: Planning and optimizing bird deliveries to the abattoir, ensuring continuity of the processing flow based on optimal weight and market demand (coordinated by the sales department).
• Biosecurity Guarantee: Planning fallow periods between production cycles efficiently, so as not to disrupt the logistic chain.

2. Budgeting & Execution Control

• Budget Elaboration: Creating the annual production budget (forecasting feed consumption, mortality, meat production, logistical costs).
• Budget Execution Monitoring: Daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) and actual costs versus budgeted costs.
• Deviation Analysis: Rapid identification of bottlenecks or losses along the flow and proposing corrective measures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Higher Education: Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Zootechnics, or Economic Studies (with solid experience in agribusiness).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar planning/management position in the poultry industry (experience across the entire chain: breeding + incubation + broiler, constitutes a major advantage).
• Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to work with numbers, forecasts, and budgets. Advanced Excel level (or experience with production planning ERP systems).
