Assignment

As a manager of reception and personnel, your main task is to ensure that quality customer service is delivered in our store. You are responsible for welcoming customers, ensuring the smooth running of their passage at the checkout and the overall satisfaction of their experience in our store.
You report to the store director and, in his absence, take the necessary initiatives and decisions to ensure the store functions well.

Area of Responsibility

• You ensure that our customers are well informed and you exchange their suggestions and comments with your team.
• You emphasize friendliness, professionalism and service to develop a superior customer experience. You work on the reception and lead the cash register team to always guarantee quality service.
• You are also responsible for the planning of the timetable based on the crowds and the workload.
• You analyze the figures and results daily, detect deviations and take measures to improve things. And because we are always looking for new ideas for the future of Carrefour, you also get the opportunity to propose and initiate actions.
• As a true team leader, you will motivate and guide your employees in their professional development. You create a pleasant and healthy working environment in which everyone feels good.

Profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience) and have relevant experience, preferably in sales, retail sector.
• You are willing to work 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday, and to ensure some opening or closing services per month.
• Your qualities: customer and result-oriented, assertiveness, organization, flexibility and cooperation.
• You are willing to travel between different stores in Limburg and Flemish Brabant, depending on operational needs.
