Job description
Your Mission
The focus is on HR controlling, KPIs and reporting, support and further development of HR systems, as well as the independent management of digitalization and optimization projects.
HR Projects & Processes: Independent planning and implementation of HR projects as well as optimization and digitalization of personnel processes.
Systems & Reporting: Support and further development of HR systems, analysis of key figures and creation of reports and decision-making bases.
What You Bring
In-depth professional experience in human resources.
Numerical competence: HR KPIs, reporting, Excel, personnel cost controlling.
IT and system affinity: Key user experience, HR system support, digitalization of processes.
Independence: Independently structure projects, conduct research, prepare decisions and represent them credibly to HR management, as well as remain capable of action independently when HR management is unavailable.
Knowledge of labor law and social security law.
Your Start
You can expect an unlimited full-time employment contract with 40 hours per week and a 6-month probationary period. If you do not meet all the requirements one hundred percent, we would still be happy to receive your application.

Compensation
The compensation for this position is EUR 60,000–70,000 per year.
