Your responsibilities

• Effective management of the Perfume Shop team: setting goals, motivating, scheduling, employee development, and recruitment,
• Achievement of sales and non-sales plans,
• Active actions to maximize sales results and service quality,
• Co-organization of events and special activities in the perfume shop,
• Ensuring the highest omnichannel customer service standards in line with Douglas's philosophy.

Our requirements

• Experience in sales team management for at least 2 years,
• Experience in direct sales and customer service,
• Ability for effective communication and building cooperation with the team,
• Ability to analyze business indicators and draw conclusions,
• Willingness to work on weekends as well,
