Manager Parc Auto is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the entire fleet of cars and maintenance and repair activities connected to it, at the company level (central office and branches). We are looking for a well-organized professional, oriented towards efficiency and cost control, with relevant experience in managing car fleets and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the entire car park: maintenance, inspections, insurance, vehicle availability
• Purchasing and replacing vehicles (cash/leasing), based on cost/value analyses
• Maintaining and repairing the fleet to optimal condition
• Administering the budget and optimizing costs
• Monitoring vehicle usage, consumption, and compliance with rules
• Lunar reporting and efficiency analysis
• Coordinating the team: organization, evaluation, development
• Implementing and improving processes and using information systems
• Relationships with authorities and legal compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a car fleet
• Experience in team coordination
• Solid knowledge of specific legislation and norms
• Experience in cost management and budgeting
• ARR Certification (marfa) – mandatory
