DELABO.GROUP combines a unique network of owner-managed dental laboratories at regionally strong locations. At the Düsseldorf site, as part of our team, you will manage operational processes and contribute to the continuous assurance of our high quality standards in the practice and laboratory environment.

Your tasks

• Interface and contact person for laboratories, external service providers, and holding colleagues in the supported subject areas and locations

• Support for laboratories in day-to-day business related to services, products, and projects of the DELABO Group

• Collegial, yet targeted and consistent implementation of performance-enhancing measures with the laboratories

• Management of working groups with colleagues from laboratories and the holding company for the development of new services and workflows offered by the group to the laboratories

• Participation in the further development of existing processes and organizational structures in the laboratories to increase efficiency and optimize capacity utilization

• Preparation and follow-up of content for meetings with the laboratories

What you bring

• Highest customer orientation, empathy, and communication skills

• Several years of experience in operational activities such as performance management, project management, and business process optimization

• Structured and independent way of working

• Enjoyment in arousing enthusiasm among colleagues for new content, products, and services

• Ability to achieve ambitious goals at eye level with colleagues

• Strong hands-on mentality

• Completed degree in business administration or comparable training or professional experience

• Experience in the dental industry is an advantage, but not a must

• An eye for details and potential improvements combined with pragmatic implementation strength

• Willingness to travel
