Manager Operational

Restaurant South Burger - Sector 4, hires a manager operational. South Burger is not a classic restaurant, activity unfolds on multiple sales channels: dine-in, delivery, online orders, events and parallel production lines, each with different rhythms and priorities. The role requires understanding these different flows and coordinating their unity.

Principal responsibilities:

· Coordinating daily activities at the location

· Implementing and respecting internal procedures (hygiene, flow, quality)

· Organizing and controlling the team (shifts, attendance, discipline)

· Controlling inventory, receiving goods, and correlating sales vs real consumption

· Controlling product quality and respecting weights

· Implementing board decisions in operational

· Reporting daily/weekly to GM (personal, sales, problems, losses)

· Direct involvement in operational

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in HORECA

· Minimum 3 years in a coordination/management role

· Real experience in a location with volume (QSR/Restaurant)

· Solid knowledge about operational flow, personnel, and inventory

· Good organizational and communication skills

· Firm but balanced attitude

· Ability to make decisions and assume responsibility
