Job description
- Responsibilities
- 1. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the amusement park, organizing the work schedule, attendance, and timekeeping of employees to ensure the normal functioning of the location.
- 2. Performs daily checks of playground equipment, safety inspections, and hygiene management. Strictly adheres to safety regulations, eliminates risks, and guarantees visitor safety.
- 3. Manages the location's revenues, maintains customer flow, and implements promotional activities. Organizes events on weekends and holidays to increase popularity and turnover.
- 4. Organizes employee training, regulates services, and discipline. Responds to visitor questions and resolves complaints as well as unforeseen situations.
- 5. Inventories materials, collaborates on equipment repair, controls operational costs, and periodically submits reports on commercial activity.
- Requirements
- 1. Age between 25–45 years, men and women, pleasant appearance and good communication skills.
- 2. Experience in managing amusement parks, leisure centers, supermarkets, or stores is an advantage; candidates without experience can be trained.
- 3. Responsible, attentive, and stable person, attaches importance to safety. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays, accepts compensatory time off.
- 4. Team leadership skills, good at maintaining order on site and coordination, stress resistant.
- 5. Listens to instructions, proactive, passionate about the service industry.
