Manager Operational Hotel Group

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Manager Operational Hotel to join our team. If you have experience in the hospitality industry and are ready to take on leadership responsibilities, this position may be suitable for you.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities of the hotel, restaurant, spa, ensuring that quality standards are respected at all times. You will coordinate the team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure an excellent experience for our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the budget, optimizing costs, and increasing profitability of the hotel.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, able to make quick decisions and resolve problems efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position. We do not offer relocation facilities from another city. Previous experience in hotel management and F&B is mandatory.
