Operations Manager – EDENT & EDENT Kids TULCEA

We are building one of the most high-performing premium dental clinic networks in Romania.

That's why we are looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate the clinics' activities, develop people, and actively contribute to the company's growth.

We are not looking for a mere manager. We are looking for a leader.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have direct responsibility for the operational performance of EDENT & EDENT Kids clinics.

You will coordinate:

* daily operational activity and the smooth running of all processes;

* medical and non-medical teams, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures;

* operational and financial indicators of the clinics (occupancy, waiting times, patient satisfaction, revenues, costs, and profitability);

* appointments and efficient use of available resources;

* the process of presenting and converting treatment plans and achieving commercial objectives;

* local development and patient loyalty projects;

* recruitment, integration, and development of team members;

* the relationship with suppliers and the smooth administrative and logistical functioning of the clinics;

* the implementation and adherence to quality, compliance, and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional who:

* has at least 3 years of experience in a management role;

* has coordinated teams of at least 10 people;

* has experience in sales and in achieving commercial objectives;

* understands financial indicators and makes data-driven decisions;

* has solid leadership, organization, and planning skills;

* communicates effectively and develops healthy relationships within the team;

* handles complex situations with maturity and makes responsible decisions;

* is performance-oriented, focused on developing people, and continuous improvement.

Experience in a medical or dental clinic is an advantage, but not mandatory. We are primarily interested in solid experience in operational management and the development of high-performing teams.
