Operational Manager " Gre Bakery "

We are looking for an Operational Manager for our locations in Pipera and Corbeanca.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of the daily operations of the bakery to ensure efficient and quality production
• Development and implementation of strategies to improve operational processes
• Team management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of employees
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, food safety, and legal regulations
• Close collaboration with sales and marketing departments to meet customer requirements and identify new growth opportunities
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders with suppliers
• periodic reporting of the situation in the two locations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position in the bakery or food production industry
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Solid knowledge of production processes and quality standards
• Flexibility and results orientation
