SC Alexiana Group, producer of over 30 years of garage doors and exterior wheels, leader in Romania in the field of technical shading, are looking for a person open and communicative for the position of Manager Operational and Sales:

The job requires:

• Coordination of technical teams and sales, at national level
• Scheduling activities and travel for subordinates
• Monitoring and optimizing the activities of subordinate teams
• Providing technical support to colleagues and important clients 
• Visting important clients
• Tight collaboration with the sales and logistics team for coordinating activities 

Candidate profile:

• Married
• Technical studies (technician, mechanic, electrical engineer etc.)
• Leadership and management skills
• Experience in team coordination and working with various departments 
• Driving license category B
• Sales experience
• Availability for travel on the ground
• Good communication skills and orientation towards problem-solving, in contact with clients
