Manager Operation Mechanik (m/w/d)

In this position, you are responsible for the entire mechanical area of the site. You lead maintenance teams and ensure together with these that the smooth operation and improved availability of facilities. You coordinate and optimize processes and contribute to a safe working environment. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that all mechanical inspections and maintenance are carried out on time.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the mechanical maintenance team
• Design of training and development plans for employees
• Ensuring the highest possible availability of all facilities and implementing modern maintenance approaches
• Implementation of all necessary safety standards and a proactive Safety culture in the team.
• Fostering permanent development of all team members in the areas of hard and soft skills
• Development of concepts for continuous optimization of all facilities
• Leadership and support of mechanical Greenfield and Brownfield projects
• Participation in the creation of maintenance and repair budgets for the site
• Evaluation of relevant KPIs to analyze technical facilities and internal processes

Qualifikation

• Engineering or technician studies in mechanical engineering or similar fields
• First disciplinary leadership responsibility
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the paper and cellulose production industry
• Experience in technical project management
• Knowledge of modern maintenance concepts (CBM, TPM)
• Very good analytical skills
• Teamwork ability and good presentation skills for complex topics
• Good analytical skills and a structured and independent working style
• Safe handling with MS-Office, SAP knowledge of advantage
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills
