Task

As manager onthaal and personeel, your main task is to ensure that high-quality customer service is delivered in our store. You are responsible for welcoming customers, ensuring a smooth passage at the cash register, and overall satisfaction of their experience in our store.
You report to the store director and take necessary initiatives and decisions to keep the store running smoothly when he is away.

Responsibility Area

• You ensure that our customers are well-informed and you exchange their suggestions and comments with your team.
• You emphasize friendliness, professionalism, and service to develop a superior customer experience. You work on the welcome and lead the cash register team to guarantee a high-quality service each time.
• You are also responsible for planning the rooster based on traffic and workload.
• You analyze daily figures and results, detect deviations, and take measures to improve things. And because we're always looking for new ideas for the future of Carrefour, you'll also have the opportunity to propose and initiate actions.
• As a true team leader, you will motivate and guide your employees in their professional development. You create a pleasant and healthy work environment where everyone feels good.

Profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience) and have relevant experience, preferably in the sales, retail, or hospitality sector.
• You are willing to work 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday, and to ensure some opening or closing shifts per month.
• Your qualities: customer- and result-oriented, assertive, organized, flexible, and teamwork.
