We are looking for a Manager Online Auctions (m/f/d) for our team at the Essen location, full-time or part-time.

We consistently focus on Working from Office. More innovations ("coffee machine conversations"), better working conditions (broadband, air conditioning, 3 screens, large desks, etc.), optimal onboarding, higher retention, creation of company culture (incl. chef, gym, and fitness coach) as well as a clean separation of office/home.

Tasks

• You coordinate communication between sellers and buyers and ensure efficient information flow
• You develop ideas for product developments and process improvements and help to scale the sales channel
• You conduct price negotiations over rolling seven-digit volumes
• You are responsible for the creation of exposé documents for machines up for auction
• You actively live entrepreneurship and drive our digital business model forward
• You will be part of a dynamic team with many development opportunities

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in economics, engineering, or a related field, or are close to completing one
• You have technical understanding & a high affinity for digital business models
• You have a quick grasp and an eye for detail
• Your German and English skills are very good in speaking & writing
• Ideally, you already have experience in machine construction, digital, or trading companies
