What will you be responsible for? - You'll manage the local 360° (hall + kitchen) ensuring standards; - You'll coordinate and motivate the team (shifts, mentorship, climate); - You'll control costs, food cost, margins, and KPI; - You'll take care of orders, suppliers, and stock management; - You'll work closely with property/area managers for objectives and growth.
