Job Title: Manager of Global Trade Compliance Job Overview Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the company’s global trade compliance activities, including import/export compliance, tariff classification, and regulatory adherence across international manufacturing and sourcing operations. This role supports the implementation of trade compliance policies and promotes consistent practices across regions while helping identify opportunities to optimize duty exposure. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing global trade compliance strategies and procedures • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement • Providing training and guidance to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures • Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments • Building relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field • 5+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, or a related field • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs laws, and industry standards • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
