Leading company in specialized services is seeking a National Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for leading the recruitment strategy for multiple accounts nationwide, ensuring timely coverage of operational positions through high-performance teams, technology, and business indicators.

Job Objective

Design, implement, and lead the national talent acquisition strategy for different clients, ensuring compliance with coverage, productivity, and quality indicators through team management, technological innovation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Recruiters nationwide.
• Design talent acquisition strategies for mass recruitment and multi-account scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with coverage, productivity, effectiveness, time-to-fill, and early turnover indicators.
• Implement recruitment strategies using AI, automation, bots, and technological tools.
• Analyze dashboards and indicators for decision-making.
• Oversee digital recruitment campaigns, social media, and field strategies.
• Manage the national recruitment operation for different clients and industries.
• Develop preventive strategies for candidate pipeline generation.
• Standardize talent acquisition processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Present results and indicators to managerial and director levels.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading national mass recruitment operations.
• Experience managing teams of Coordinators, Recruitment Leaders, and Recruiters.
• Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies for operational and high-volume positions.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or business units simultaneously.
• Strong focus on data analysis, indicators, and continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing automation tools, AI, recruitment bots, ATS, and new technologies applied to the selection process.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and information analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and results-orientation skills.
