For our location Diehl Defence GmbH & Co. KG in Überlingen am Bodensee, we are looking for a:

Manager (m/f/d) System Integration and Verification for Communication Systems

• In this role, you will be responsible across projects for the integration and verification of communication systems into ground-based air defence systems.
• You will define specifications and oversee or manage the acceptance of subsequent or additional developments from various (military) suppliers.
• Furthermore, you will develop communication concepts for ground-based air defence systems.
• You will support projects from the tender phase through to contract execution and act as the technical point of contact (m/f/d) in customer discussions.
• As the main point of contact (m/f/d), you will plan and coordinate integration and verification activities with various internal and external stakeholders.
• As the technical responsible person (m/f/d) for the communication systems, you will work hands-on with test setups and on real hardware within the scope of ground and flight tests, collaborating closely with suppliers and customers.
• Additionally, you will participate in the planning and execution of (internal and external) test campaigns.

• A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field is the ideal prerequisite for this position.
• You have an interest in digital communication systems, particularly in the military environment.
• You possess basic knowledge of project management and requirements management.
• We expect basic economic knowledge, strong communication skills, and assertiveness.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, willingness to travel (including internationally), an independent and flexible working style within a team, and a hands-on mentality complete your profile.
