Aufgaben

• You embody the DNA of Zara Home: You create a place where people feel at home – through excellence in service, love for detail, and an unparalleled store atmosphere.
• You ensure a smooth workflow in the store by coordinating and steering internal processes and procedures according to Zara Home standards.
• With regular KPI analyses, you keep budget and sales targets in mind. Through targeted measures, you contribute to achieving our company goals.
• Our operational guidelines and innovative in-house technologies help you guarantee an optimal inventory flow and showcase our product at its best.
• You are always in exchange with your Area Team and regularly participate in training sessions.
• You recognize potential in the team, foster it through individual trainings, and enable each employee to develop further and unfold their own potential.
• You set an example as a leader and represent Zara Home to our colleagues and customers!
