Manager (m/w/d) Growth & Platform Operations

DRIVTO connects drivers, brands, and event organizers through a digital platform for curated Automotive Experiences. Our goal is to simplify the marketing, organization, and scaling of automotive events – from exclusive club outings to international brand experiences.

To support our growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who connects marketing, sales, and operations on a platform level and actively participates in building our ecosystem.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

You will significantly contribute to increasing the awareness and usage of DRIVTO, winning new event organizers and brands, and ensuring that our platform remains operationally scalable.

Growth & Marketing

• Planning and implementation of content measures to increase trust and relevance
• Maintaining our social media channels
• Planning and conducting newsletter campaigns to boost conversions
• Buiding strategic partnerships with platforms, media, and influencers

Sales Enablement

• Identifying and addressing potential platform customers (e.g., event organizers, brands, clubs)
• Scheduling and conducting product demos and pitches
• Supporting the onboarding of new partners onto the DRIVTO platform

Operations

• Maintaining and curating our event offerings on the platform
• Coordinating concierge requests for bespoke experiences
• Ensuring clean booking and settlement processes
• Supporting the build-up of scalable processes in event organizer management

Qualifikation

• You are at home in the automotive, motorsport, or lifestyle sector
• You have reliable contacts to event organizers, clubs, or brands
• You work practically, solution-oriented, and independently
• You bring ambitions and entrepreneurial thinking with you
• You enjoy building things rather than just managing them

Bonus:

• Experience in a platform, event, or community environment
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
