As part of BellRing Brands, a global player in the sports nutrition industry, Active Nutrition International with its headquarters in Munich and its own production facility in Voerde, is an important subsidiary for the international market.

As Manager (m/w/d) Controlling, you will be responsible for the overall control and reporting at our company. You will lead the 4-member controlling team, while remaining close to the operational daily business to continuously develop our controlling processes.

Aufgaben

Your role at our company

• Steuerung und Reporting: You will create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, make analyses of sales, margins, cost structures, and profitability, and develop management dashboards and KPI systems.
• Planung & Forecasting: Budget planning, the forecasting process, the creation of business cases, and economic analyses will be in your hands.
• Teamführung: You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team and ensure efficient collaboration and further development of the employees.
• FMCG-Controlling: You will take over the analysis of product margins and contribution margins, steer marketing and promotional budgets, monitor price strategies and trade margins, and take over the controlling of supply chain, production, and logistics costs.
• Prozesse & Systeme: You will be responsible for the further development of the controlling processes and reporting structures, as well as the optimization of ERP and BI systems.
• Business Partnering: You will work very closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and management, take over financial evaluations of new products, markets, and sales channels, and support investment decisions.

Qualifikation

Your experiences & skills

• Qualification & Practical Experience: You have a completed business studies degree and bring several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the FMCG industry.
• Leadership skills: You have already gained experience as a team lead in the controlling environment.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of ERP systems (Infor an advantage) and very good Excel skills.
• Soft skills: You bring entrepreneurial thinking, advanced analytical skills, a structured working style, and a hands-on mentality.
• Language skills: You bring fluent German and English skills.
