• Client representation for the planning and implementation of construction measures by ALDI Immobilienverwaltung GmbH
• Project management and technical leadership of externally commissioned architects and construction service providers
• Responsibility for adherence to essential project parameters such as costs, quality, and deadlines
• Acceptance of construction services and responsibility for defect management
• Technical involvement in obtaining building rights
• Responsibility for the planning, tendering, and awarding process
• Warranty follow-up in completed construction projects

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architectural structural engineering, construction project management, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience as a project manager, project lead, ideally in commercial or retail real estate
• Expertise in HOAI, LPH 1-9, and VOB, Parts A - C
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking and acting
• Independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working with strong teamwork skills
• Communicative and assertive personality
