Manager (m/f/d) Construction - Region Hamburg / Mecklenburg Vorpommern

Area of operation: Greater Hamburg area with weekly willingness to travel to Mecklenburg Vorpommern

• Client representation for the planning and implementation of construction measures by ALDI Immobilienverwaltung GmbH
• Project management and technical leadership of externally commissioned architects and construction service providers
• Responsibility for compliance with essential project parameters such as costs, quality, and deadlines
• Acceptance of construction services and responsibility for defect management
• Technical involvement in building law creation
• Responsibility for the planning, tender, and awarding process
• Warranty follow-up on completed construction projects

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Building Construction, Construction Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Project Leader, Project Manager, ideally of commercial or retail properties
• Expertise in HOAI, LPH 1-9, and VOB, Parts A - C
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking and acting
• Independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working with strong team spirit
• Communicative and assertive personality
